I. Machine conposition：
Double servo full-automatic high frequency welded pipe cutting machine is composed of three parts, cutting part, feeding part and auxiliary feeding part.The cutting part adopts hydraulic feed mode, which has the characteristics of stable walking speed and high cutting efficiency. Feeding and auxiliary feeding are driven by the rotary precision ball screw of servo motor. With two servo motors, tailless cutting and non - retractable cutting can be achieved.
II. Tube cutting precision ：
1. Cutting accuracy: cutting end is smooth and flat, and cutting burr height Ra < 0.05.
2. Feeding precision: feeding clamping mechanism has two directions: X direction and Y direction.Y direction ensures that each tube is in contact with feeder bottom plate. X-direction adopts double-bar cylinder structure, clamping surface can be fed equidistantly, ensuring that the pressure is uniform along tube length direction and will not cause indentation on tube surface. The machine is with total three groups of X - direction clamping.
3. In order to ensure feeding accuracy, tube numbers cut each time not differ too much.
