Mesh-belt continuous Aluminum Brazing Furnace

Main use:

Aluminum Brazing Furnace is designed for the continuous brazing of the following products controlled under nitrogen atmosphere such as aluminum water radiator, oil cooler, intercooler, serpentine type condenser, evaporator, parallel flow condenser, laminated type evaporator, air cooler of power station and etc.

Features:
  • High performance refractory material adopted ensure the superior insulation feature of the furnace with low energy consumption while empty load. The excellent designing and manufacturing of the gas distribution system and atmosphere curtain of the furnace ensure the low consumption of purified Nitrogen and save the furnace atmosphere so as to decrease the production cost.
  • Fine and reasonable arrangement of heating zones of heating furnace, the selection of the hardware of high precision and advanced temperature control meters and the regulation of software data ensure the very high precision of temperature controlled of the furnace (±0.2℃) and temperature difference (≤±3℃) of the products in brazing section (575℃~610℃) .
  • Advanced frequency conversion mesh-belt speed control system realizes stepless speed change transmission and precise control runtime of workpieces in each heating zone so as to realize the precise heating curve of aluminum brazing.
  • High precision oxygen analyzer has provided an advanced means for measuring the atmosphere of the aluminum brazing furnace timely and accurately.
  • The spray fluxer has the features of compact in design and straightforward operation. The spray nozzle insures adequate spray on the workpieces. Air blower insures the extra flux can be blew off.
  • High speed circulating air and high heating ability of dry-off oven ensure the parts going to the furnace will not bring any moisture which will affect the brazing quality.
  • Water Cooling section realizes the cooling temperature could be controlled and satisfy the requirement of process curve so as to make the metallurgical structure of the joints fine and compact.
  • The blower in air cooling chamber has the features of strong cooling capacity and low noise, the clean and comfortable working environment of the operators is protected.
  • Sophisticated controlling system, overall warning and protective system insure the safety of both the furnace and operators.
